We're looking for partners to support the Juno mental health strategy in all parts of the organisation.
There are four aspects of our Mental Health provision that we want to find partners for:
We need a sessional Clinical Psychologist, initially working two hours per week and then doubling that as we open our second home.
We need emotional wellbeing workers to provide psychoeducation, group work and counselling for the four children in each home that we open.
We need Speech and Language Therapists to provide one-off assessments of each child.
We need therapeutic support/emotion coaches who will provide compulsory sessions for staff to help them address the emotional impact of sharing lives with distressed children.
We will be inducting our staff during February 2023, ready to open the first home, so these arrangements would start in February. We are then projecting to open our second home in Summer/Autumn 2023. We see this as a set of ongoing partner relationships, that will grow as Juno grows.
